These Terms and Conditions, which are applicable to all of our services, may be changed from time to time.

You acknowledge and agree that you have read, understand, and agree to be legally bound by the terms and conditions set forth below by accessing, browsing, using, and/or completing a reservation through our website. Until our company receives full payment and issues a confirmation invoice, there will be no contract between the client and NP Travel ehf. The person making the reservation accepts these terms on behalf of everyone in their traveling party, and they are also fully responsible for the payment. 

1. Costs 

1.2 Since NP Travel ehf. does not impose any booking or transaction fees, we are not responsible for any losses brought on by changes in currency exchange rates that may occur during transactions or for any third-party transaction fees that may apply during payment and/or refund. customer should be aware that your card issuer might impose a foreign transaction fee.

1.3 Payment Methods:

NP Travel ehf accepts payments through the company's Terminal Mashine with our Drivers or through a secure payment link we send to our customers under Company's Name.
All transactions will appear as "NP Travel ehf" on your statement.

 

2. Modifications

2.1 While we strive to adhere to planned itineraries, NP Travel ehf reserves the right to make minor alterations if necessary.
We will make every effort to inform you of such changes at the earliest opportunity.

3. Travel protection 

3.1 We strongly advise you to buy travel insurance in your home country that will pay for your expenses if you have to abruptly cancel your travel plans. This type of travel insurance is reasonably priced and frequently includes additional risks. When traveling the world, it is always a good idea to have travel insurance.

4. The environment and weather 

4.1 Weather-Related Cancellations:

In the event of harsh weather conditions, we may need to cancel or modify a tour/activity to ensure safety.

We will contact you promptly, offering alternative options or the opportunity to reschedule.

Cancellation Policy:

To cancel a booking, please submit a written request to info@nptravel.net. If email is not feasible, you can contact us at +354 888-5610.

For day tours, you can cancel up to 24 hours before the scheduled departure time, based on our local time, GMT time, and receive a full refund.

No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 24 hours of the departure time.

Refund Policy:

Tours booked through NP Travel ehf follow a 24-hour cancellation policy. No refunds will be granted for cancellations made within this timeframe.

Refunds will be processed to the original credit card used for the purchase, and it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect on your bank statement.
